Tasting notes
Colour: Ruby red with slow, coloured tears. Good visual body.
Aromas and flavours: Notes of raspberry, pepper, clove, red mulberry and hints of vanilla. The tannins are soft and balanced, with flavours of red mulberries and strawberry. Excellent balance between acidity and tannins, and a good aftertaste.
Serving temperature
Best served between 15 and 18 °C. We also suggest opening the bottle at least 15 minutes before serving, or decanting.
Food pairing
The perfect companion for juicy red meat, whether a grilled steak or a lamb stew. Its robust structure and intense flavours also make it ideal with game such as venison or wild boar. Its long finish complements cured cheeses perfectly, enhancing their flavour and depth.
