Aromas and flavours: Plum and blackcurrant dominate, with complexity and a pleasant structure. On the palate it opens frankly, echoing the notes on the nose, with a long, round and harmonious finish.

Climate: Temperate, bright and dry, with little rainfall and a wide difference between day and night temperatures.

Irrigation type: Traditional furrow irrigation, using snowmelt from the Andes.

Harvest: Picked into 20 kg harvest bins to preserve the quality of the grapes.

Winemaking

Method: Classic winemaking, with selected yeasts and cold maceration

Malolactic fermentation: For 20 days, to bring smoothness and complexity to the wine

Ageing

Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels

Tasting notes

Colour: A deep, clear red of good intensity, with violet glints

Aromas and flavours: On the nose, notes of small red fruits and plums dominate, complemented by elegant hints of oak. On the palate it stands out for its good body and clear varietal identity, with soft, pleasant tannins.

Food pairing

This oak-aged Argentine Malbec deserves a pairing to match. Accompany its intensity and complexity with dishes that echo its flavours and bring out its spicy notes: red meat, spicy sauces (chilli or chimichurri), pasta, and creamy, strong or aged cheeses (taking the experience to a new level).

Tasting notes

Colour: Ruby red with earthy tones

Aromas and flavours: Notes of blackberry, red and black cranberry and prunes stand out, with earthy, forest-floor aromas. On the palate it has good body and long intensity, with hints of leather and smoke. It evolves towards prunes, moss and truffle. It is distinguished by its elegance and good varietal typicity.

Serving temperature

Best served between 15 and 18 °C. We suggest opening the bottle at least 45 minutes before serving, or decanting.

Food pairing

Ideal with white meat, red meat or game, stews, vegetable gratins, braised pulses, rice dishes, mushrooms and cured cheeses.

Colour: Pink with violet tones and a ruby hue

Aromas and flavours: A very well balanced complexity, with red fruit, coffee and vanilla notes. The tannins are sweet and it has interesting volume on the palate. The finish is of medium length, with clear fruity aromas from the nose.

A versatile delight, ideal with cold starters, chicken, fish, seafood and risottos, surprising with its harmony and freshness. This Bonarda becomes the perfect companion, lifting flavours with its balanced acidity and soft tannins.

This Petit Verdot is the ideal match for roast meats, especially lean cuts such as tenderloin or sirloin.
