Bodega Carmine Granata is located in the province of Mendoza, between approximately 32° and 37°34' South latitude and 66° and 70°35' West longitude. The vineyards are about 80 years old.

Many experts consider the Luján de Cuyo wine region among the best in the world; it has been declared the "Eighth wine capital of the world”

At a latitude of 180 metres, the area is famous for producing quality grapes, thanks both to its climate and to the characteristics of its soil.

The vines are trained on a low trellis. Irrigation is by furrow, using snowmelt from the Andes. The harvest is done by hand, protecting the integrity of the berries. Fermentation takes place in small epoxy-lined masonry vats and in stainless steel tanks.

Wines destined for ageing are kept in French oak barrels, where they rest for 6 to 24 months. Our wines are among the so-called "New World Wines".

Bottling uses excellent-quality corks imported from Portugal. The bottles are then stacked, beginning their ageing process.

Every task related to the keeping, care and quality of the product is carried out with the care and respect that a product as noble as wine deserves.
